Abstract

В статье рассматривается место в социально-экономической жизни общества такого системного явления как корпоративные мошенничества и коррупция. Это явление носит тотальный характер. Несмотря на то, что российские бизнесмены, по сравнению с западными коллегами, считают риски мошенничества гораздо более существенными, они менее активно борются с данной угрозой. Создание эффективных инструментов противодействия корпоративным мошенничествам представляет собой актуальную задачу для любой компании.
