Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы внедрения механизмов государственно-частного партнерства в России. Даются базовые характеристики и определение ГЧП. Раскрываются преимущества ГЧП с позиции каждого участника процесса. Приводится сравнительный анализ формирования механизмов ГЧП в европейских странах, рассматривается возможность их применения в российской экономической среде. Особое внимание уделяется концессионным соглашениям и необходимости интенсивного внедрения типовых договоров. Дается оценка состоянию нормативно-правовой базы ГЧП в Российской Федерации на современном этапе и рекомендации по ее совершенствованию.
