Диагностика Предпринимательской Активности В Свете Статистических Оценок Деятельности Федеральной Антимонопольной Службы

Abstract

В статье анализируются статистические процессы, основные тенденции в области нарушений конкуренции со стороны органов власти. Рассматриваются виды административных барьеров, их влияние на развитие предпринимательства, спектр норм конкурентного права, направленных на поддержание конкуренции. Кроме институционально-правовых угроз выделяются ряд системных угроз конкуренции и развития предпринимательства, связанных с формированием государственных корпораций, деятельностью естественных монополий, рисками возникновения картелей и действиями органов власти. Особое внимание уделяется политике адвокатирования конкуренции со стороны антимонопольного органа, что подтверждают материалы ведомственной статистики за 10 лет.
