Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу институциональных основ модернизации и развития системы обеспечения общественных нужд. В статье рассматриваются концептуальные подходы и принципиальные различия разработанных Проектов модернизации системы государственных закупок Минэкономразвития России и ФАС России. Даются предложения по формированию институциональной среды и механизмов модернизации для реализации приоритетной задачи повышения эффективности и инновационной активности государственных закупок
