Информационно-Инфраструктурные Факторы Реализации Институционального Механизма Антикризисного Управления

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены ключевые составляющие институционального механизма антикризисного управления, причем особенно подробно проанализированы информационно-инфраструктурные факторы его реализации. Также рассмотрены различные подходы к объекту изучения и дана трактовка данного понятия. В частности, под информационно-инфраструктурной составляющей системы антикризисного управления следует понимать совокупность организаций и учреждений, формирующих систему отношений, связей и функций, способствующих реализации институтами антикризисного управления своих функций и мероприятий путем предоставления соответствующих услуг субъектам процесса антикризисного управления. Сделан вывод о том, что эволюция информационно-инфраструктурной составляющей системы антикризисного управления отражает процесс формирования и развития институциональной матрицы антикризисного управления.
