Abstract

Анализируются проблемные вопросы, возникающие при установлении признаков преступлений экстремистской направленности, определении точного их круга, их влияние на данные государственной статистики. Анализу подвергается также полнота перечня преступлений при отражении Главным информационно-аналитическим центром МВД России зарегистрированных преступлений экстремистской направленности и лиц, их совершивших.
