Abstract

Проанализированы значение и сущность допроса подозреваемого по делам о коррупционных преступлениях в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и благоустройства, определен примерный план допроса, включающий перечень вопросов, подлежащих выяснению в ходе допроса подозреваемого по рассматриваемой категории дел.
