Abstract

Рассматривается эволюция и текущее состояние системы надзора Банка России за финансовым рынком. Обозначена авторская классификация надзорного процесса, анализируются применяемые Банком России меры микропруденциального и макропруденциального регулирования. Предложена перспективная модель надзора Банка России за финансовым рынком в условиях перехода к макропруденциальному регулированию.
