Abstract

Авторами рассматриваются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются органы, осуществляющие оперативно-розыскную деятельность, при выявлении фактов легализации (отмывания) доходов, полученных преступным путем. Определяются способы отмывания (легализации) этих доходов, способы и меры по оптимизации экономических отношений и превентивной деятельности правоохранительных органов.
