Некоторые Предпосылки Криминалистического Анализа Современной Организованной Преступности

Abstract

Рассматриваются состояние и тенденции организованной преступности в современной России. На основе анализа материалов правоохранительной практики и научных исследований сделан вывод о том, что в позднем этапе постсоветского периода организованная преступность закономерно вступила в принципиально новую фазу. Она характеризуется переносом преступной деятельности в экономическую сферу, что закономерно требует новых средств и методик криминалистического анализа структуры организованной преступности. Одним из инструментов такого анализа может выступить криминалистическая категория «сложного действия».
