Abstract

Рассмотрена государственная социальная стипендия как одна из гарантий реализации конституционного права на высшее образование. Проанализированы изменения в Федеральный закон «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» в части урегулирования вопросов назначения и выплаты государственных социальных стипендий. Сделаны предложения по совершенствованию правового механизма социальной поддержки обучающихся, не нашедшие своего отражения в действующих нормативных правовых актах.
