Abstract

Анализируется состояние научной разработанности понятия «криминалистический прием», его структуры, содержания, соотношения со смежными понятиями; обращается внимание на различные дискуссионные аспекты в связи с формированием данной терминологии, а также излагается авторская научная позиция.
