Методологическая Основа Решения Диагностических Судебно-Баллистических Задач

Abstract

Определены закономерности, изучаемые судебной баллистикой, в том числе закономерности, влияющие на возникновение диагностических признаков объектов судебнобаллистических исследований. Уточнено использование термина «диагностика» при производстве судебно-баллистических экспертиз. Проанализировано в целом использование терминологического аппарата в диагностических судебно-баллистических исследованиях, сделаны предложения по замене и уточнению некоторых терминов с точки зрения отражения запросов судебно-следственной практики. Сформулировано понятие процесса экспертного диагностирования объекта и обозначен его алгоритм.
