Abstract

Обоснована необходимость использования потенциальных возможностей особых экономико-правовых режимов регионального развития как реального действенного инструмента промышленного и инновационного развития территорий для достижения ключевых конкурентных преимуществ в условиях принципиально новых экономических возможностей, основанных на способности региона к внедрению передовых производственных технологий.
