Abstract

Выявлены проблемы строительного комплекса России, ведущие к банкротству. Обоснованы методические основы диагностики банкротства строительных компаний, базирующиеся на использовании бинарной модели прогнозирования и на основе учета внутренних и внешних частных факторов. Определены области применения логистической модели прогнозирования банкротства строительных компаний.
