Преступления В Сфере Теневого Фармацевтического Рынка Как Объект Криминалисти

Abstract

Автор с позиции криминалистического научного знания рассматривает такую неблагоприятную тенденцию, как экспансия фальсифицированных, недоброкачественных, незарегистрированных лекарственных средств, медицинских изделий, биодобавок в сферу здравоохранения и фармации. Новеллы в регламентации уголовной ответственности за указанные деяния в сочетании с предпринятым теоретическим обобщением позволили автору предложить термин «преступления в сфере теневого фармацевтического рынка», а также раскрыть его дефиницию.
