Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы определения статуса общественных организаций в международной уголовно-процессуальной деятельности. Обоснована необходимость введения понятия внепроцессуального субъекта доказывания в терминологическую базу международного судебного права. Раскрыто научное определение понятия внепроцессуального субъекта, установлены его существенные признаки и пределы компетенции. Определен круг задач внепроцессуального субъекта документирование событий с признаками преступлений, подпадающих под юрисдикцию международных судебных инстанций, с последующей передачей им собранных материалов.
