Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу некоторых аспектов обеспечения права на государственные социальные выплаты и пособия семьям, воспитывающим детей-инвалидов, ставших предметом рассмотрения Верховного Суда Российской Федерации. В том числе, предметом рассмотрения стали судебные акты высшего органа судебной власти, затрагивающие права и законные интересы приемных родителей детей-инвалидов.
