Abstract

Проведён анализ состояния образовательного уровня населения и формы его обучения, научно-исследовательского потенциала региона, инновационной активности предприятий, использования передовых производственных технологий и интеллектуальной собственности. Основная цель показать величину этих изменений и найти пути положительных решений.The article analyzes the state of the educational level of the population and forms of its education, scientific and research region’s potential, the innovative activity of enterprises, the use of advanced production technology and intellectual property. The main goal is to show the magnitude of these changes and to find a ways ofpositive solutions.
