Abstract

В статье проанализирована правовая основа деятельности органов предварительного следствия МВД России. Особое внимание уделено ведомственным подзаконным нормативным актам системы МВД России, принятым во исполнение ФЗ «О полиции», направленным на урегулирование организации органов предварительного следствия на районном уровне.
