Abstract

Важнейшим условием реализации комплекса организационных решений, обеспечивающих развитие современных способов и форм управления инновационной деятельностью при формировании и реализации инфраструктурных проектов на уровне региона является разработка системной модели управления процессами внедрения и массового использования конкретных технологических инноваций в интересах общества, государства, науки и бизнеса. В статье предложен алгоритм формирования региональных технологических платформ и структурная модель технологической платформы, основанная на преимуществах краудсорсинга.
