Abstract

Определен характер влияния репутационных рисков на состояние корпоративного имиджа промышленного предприятия. Кроме того, рассмотрены основные факторы возникновения репутационных рисков. Авторами уточнены понятия имидж и репутация, что позволило установить не только их отличия, но и взаимозависимость.
