Abstract

Рассматриваются этические кодексы, они вбирают в себя общие ценности и правила этики, которые, по мнению управляющих предприятий, должны стать основой в деятельности работников. Этические нормативы в сфере экономики разрабатываются для описания целей организации, создания оптимальной нравственной атмосферы и определения сути этических контекстов управленческих решений.
