Abstract

В работе проведен анализ десяти методик рейтинговой оценки регионов Российской Федерации, характеризующих их позиции в инновационной сфере, с применением статистического инструментария. Авторами показано, что используя различный предмет оценки, методические подходы не отличаются существенным разнообразием и в ряде случаев коррелируют между собой, а также нуждаются в модификации для целей оперативного анализа.
