Abstract

Практика применения кластерного подхода в современной экономике РФ свидетельствует об его эффективности и дальнейшем развитии. При этом под промышленными кластерами стали понимать организационные формы взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов не временного характера. Следовательно, и принципы управления такими «сложными» организациями должны быть изменены на долгосрочные и стратегические. В этой связи предложена обобщенная схема проведения стратегического анализа как базы для принятия всех уровней решений в управлении промышленным кластером.
