Определение Направлений Управления Конкурентоспособностью Охранного Предприятия На Основе Анализа Факторов Конкурентоспособности

Abstract

Дана авторская формулировка понятий конкурентоспособность предприятия, управление конкурентоспособностью предприятия сферы услуг, определены внутренние и внешние факторы конкурентоспособности охранного предприятия, рассмотрены направления управления его конкурентоспособностью. Направления управленческих воздействий определены на основе выбора целевого сегмента, который определен на основе экспертной оценки внутренних и внешних факторов конкурентоспособности предприятия безопасности с использованием методики кластерного анализа.
