Abstract

В статье авторы исследуют отдельные, вызывающие научную полемику, организационно-тактические аспекты производства допроса несовершеннолетнего подозреваемого, обвиняемого в совершении преступления против половой неприкосновенности. Особое внимание уделяется выбору психолога или педагога как участника данного следственного действия; дискуссионный характер выбора данного субъекта усиливается в связи со специфическим механизмом совершения указанных деяний, затрагивающих интимную сферу личности допрашиваемого.
