Некоторые Проблемы Реализации Уголовной Политики В Отношении Несовершеннолетних В Условиях Трансформации Российского Общества

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые проблемы реализации уголовной политики в отношении несовершеннолетних в условиях трансформации российского общества, в том числе проблемы законодательного регулирования и реализации восстановительного правосудия; представлен анализ судебной практики назначения наказания и применения иных принудительных мер воспитательного воздействия, применяемых в отношении несовершеннолетних; предложены меры по совершенствованию системы предупреждения повторной преступности несовершеннолетних.
