Особенности Правового Положения Современных Автономных Учреждений

Abstract

В статье анализируются правовые особенности государственных (муниципальных) учреждений. Указана положительная динамика смены типа государственного (муниципального) учреждения и перевода его в статус автономного учреждения. Проводится правовой сравнительный анализ автономных и бюджетных учреждений с учетом норм Федерального закона N 83-ФЗ от 8 мая 2010 г. «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации в связи с совершенствованием правового положения государственных (муниципальных) учреждений». Изложены преимущества в правовом статусе автономного учреждения.
