Abstract

Изложены вопросы прогнозирования и его необходимости при обосновании вариантов технического развития предприятия. Выделены четыре группы прогнозов, используемых в стратегическом подходе к техническому развитию предприятию. Дано обоснование необходимости внедрения систем машин для рационализзации и коренного изменения характера производства. Приведено обоснование данного подхода к техническому перевооружению. Рассмотрено положение о ведущей роли продукции в процессе формирования продуктового и технического обновления. Приведены основные группы факторов, определяющих выбор типа стратегии технического развития производства.
