Abstract

Рассматриваетсяролъ инновационного сектора экономики в структурных сдвигах на рынке рабочей силы в России. Проанализированы ключевые факторы количественных и качественных изменений структуры спроса нарынкерабочей силы: экономические циклы, инновации, государственная политика реструктуризации экономики. Предлагается сбалансированная политика развитиярынкарабочей силы в России.
