Abstract

В статье на основании изучения специальной литературы и проведенных ранее экспериментальных данных показана роль некоторых факторов, влияющих на восприятие и воспроизведение информации о признаках внешности наблюдаемого человека, их учет при его диагностировании в раскрытии и расследования преступлений. Подробно рассматриваются некоторые субъективные факторы, влияющие на достоверность восприятия и воспроизведения информации о признаках внешности человека, а именно: половозрастные, профессиональные и национальные особенности участника уголовного судопроизводства (конкретного очевидца).
