Количественная Оценка Конкуренции На Банковском Рынке Рф

Abstract

Предложен критерий, позволяющий разделять российский рынок банковских услуг на две части условно активной и условно пассивной конкуренции. Предполагается, что активная конкуренция имеет место среди участников, рыночная доля которых превышает пороговое значение, зависящее от общего числа участников рынка и характеризуемого коэффициентом Джини уровня рыночной концентрации на нем. Этот подход предполагает расчет индекса рыночной конкуренции не для всего высококонцентрированного рынка, а только для его условно активной части, исключая из рассмотрения остальных, не включенных в активную частьрынкаучастников.
