Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы международно-правовой ответственности, возникающие в связи с деятельностью частных военных и охранных предприятий (ЧВОП). Правовой статус подобных структур практически не урегулирован современным международным правом, в связи с чем представляется важным определить основные направления дальнейшей правовой регламентации данной сферы.
