Abstract

Рассмотрены направления увеличения бюджетного потенциала территории, проанализированы основные показатели деловой активности хозяйствующих субъектов и налоговые доходы Орловской, Курской, Брянской и Белгородской областей. Сделан вывод о том, что потенциал социальноэкономического развития региона определяется экономической активностью предприятий, определяющих бюджетный потенциал территории. Налогооблагаемая база в части потенциала предприятий формирует налоговые доходы в виде налога на прибыль.
