Abstract

Разработаны методические аспекты оценки эффективности реализации стратегии развития муниципального образования. Методика основана на интеграционном подходе, суть которого заключается в определении взаимосвязи социальной и экономической эффективности, интеграции процессов мониторинга и оценки, формировании интегральных индикаторов. Авторами установлены основные положения, принципы оценки, предложена система показателей, разработан алгоритм расчетов, механизмы интерпретации и применения результатов.
