Abstract

Предлагается формализованная модель обоснования стратегии аутсорсинга, построенная на основе балансового метода с использованием матричных моделей. Рассмотрен аппарат математического моделирования механизма аутсорсинга как важная часть системы управления бизнес-процессами предприятия.
