Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс совершенствования системы оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, анализируются правовые акты в данной сфере, проводится оценка моделей оценки эффективности, позволяющих учесть результаты деятельности региональных органов власти, как по достигнутому уровню, так и по динамике, раскрываются проблемы рассогласованности показателей оценки эффективности с иными мониторингами, проводимыми федеральными ведомствами.
