Особенности Защиты Прав Сторон В Гражданском Процессе

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются отдельные аспекты защиты прав сторон в гражданском судопроизводстве, соблюдения прав граждан и юридических лиц в судах общей юрисдикции и в арбитражных судах. Также анализируются прежде всего гарантии прав граждан на получение квалифицированной юридической помощи, деятельность юристов-адвокатов по её оказанию, гарантии независимости адвоката, установленное Законом запрещение вмешательства в адвокатскую деятельность, осуществляемую в соответствии с законодательством, либо препятствование этой деятельности каким бы то не было образом.
