Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам формирования исходных следственных ситуаций, характерных для первоначального этапа злоупотреблений полномочиями лицами, выполняющими управленческие функции в коммерческих и иных организациях. Проанализировав точки зрения исследователей по данному вопросу, авторы предложили собственный перечень исходных следственных ситуаций, а также снабдили их программами производства следственных и иных процессуальных действий, наиболее результативных с точки зрения каждой следственной ситуации
