Abstract

В статье приводится сравнительный анализ участие населения нашей страны в борьбе с преступностью. Особо выделяется позитивный опыт такой деятельности в СССР. Автором аргументируется необходимость широкого изучения и внедрения данного опыта в новых условиях современной России.
