Abstract

В статье осуществляются попытки рассмотрения структуры личностных особенностей лиц совершивших преступления с позиции гуманструктурологической концепции личности Г. Аммона и выявления личностных особенностей лиц данной категории исходя из категорий динамической психиатрии, проведен их сравнительный анализ с аналогичными интерперсональными психологическими конструктами законопослушных граждан.
