Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам разработки структуры и содержания криминалистической характеристики преступлений против жизни и здоровья, совершенных лицами, имеющими психические расстройства, не исключающие вменяемости. Кроме того, автор обращает внимание на специфическую роль криминалистической характеристики в расследовании именно преступлений, совершенных лицами, имеющими психические расстройства.
