Abstract

Экологические ресурсы это ресурсы окружающей среды, выступающие одновременно как вещественные элементы и условия производства и жизни человека. В современных условиях только на основе стоимостных оценок природных ресурсов возможно их рациональное использование. В современной науке существуют различные подходы к оценке природного капитала. Оценка стоимости природного капитала важный элемент научно обоснованного регулирования и реформирования экономических отношений
