К Вопросу Об Эффективности Использования Водных Ресурсов Тульской Области

Abstract

Потребности народного хозяйства регионов в водных ресурсах постоянно возрастают. Основными потребителями воды являются промышленность, сельское хозяйство и население. Промышленное значение воды очень велико, так как практически все производственные процессы связаны с ее использованием. Поэтому эффективность водохозяйственной деятельности является на сегодня важнейшим показателем рациональности использования природного капитала и инновационного развития экономики. Для Тульской области, на территории которой расположено значительное количество водоемких производств, вопрос рационального использования водных ресурсов особо актуален.
