Abstract

Получены регрессионные модели производственных функций трудового дохода занятого населения России в 2000-2010 г.г. на основе данных региональной статистики. В качестве производственного фактора, отражающего влияние человеческого капитала, принята доля занятых лиц с высшим образованием. Установлено, что влияние человеческого капитала лиц с высшим образование на трудовые доходы занятых невелико, но его эффективность, снижавшаяся в 2000-2004 г.г., в 2005-2010 г.г. стала быстро возрастать.
