Abstract

Предложено формирование трудового потенциала региона понимать как непрерывный процесс создания трудового потенциала и его реализации в трудовые ресурсы территории. Его основным результатом является адекватное преобразование трудового потенциала в трудовые ресурсы с количественными и качественными характеристиками, обеспечивающими развитие региональной социально экономической системы
