Abstract

Предложены оценочные показатели эффективности функционирования системы стратегического планирования на промышленных предприятиях холдинга, позволяющие переводить миссию и стратегию холдинга в систему четко поставленных целей и задач, а также показателей, определяющих степень их достижения на уровне промышленных предприятий.
