Методические Особенности Проведения Практических Занятий По Дисциплине «Уголовное Право»

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены виды и особенности методик проведения практических занятий по дисциплине «уголовное право». Отмечается, что наиболее эффективными методиками являются тематический семинар, проблемное обучение (метод решения проблем) в виде решения практических задач, работа в группах, самостоятельная работа с нормативными правовыми актами, тестирование, исследовательская работа.
