К Вопросу Совершенствования Управления Снижением Затрат Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы совершенствования управления производственными затратами и себестоимость промышленной продукции на основе использования управленческого анализа. Предложена модель управления снижением затрат, основанная на анализе себестоимости продукции и позволяющая дать оценку использования затрат на различных иерархических уровнях управления.
